Following the promotion of a member of our staff, we are excited to announce that we have an opportunity to grow our leadership team within our primary phase. 

The Trust

We are a multi-academy trust currently based in Staffordshire and Derbyshire. We consist of three Secondary Academies and four Primary Academies.

Our vision is to ensure that all the children and young people in our care have the opportunity to fulfil their potential through achieving highly, regardless of their ability or background.

Horninglow Primary

Horninglow Primary is a successful school which prides itself on its commitment to providing all pupils with a quality education which develops the whole child. The school is a happy, stimulating environment with a nurturing ethos.  We encourage children to consider and appreciate the views and beliefs of other. Our children tell us they love to learn here!

The Candidate

You will hold exceptionally high expectations for all students and give them every opportunity to succeed.

You will be an established primary leader, with the skill and vision to realise the huge potential of all-through education. You take overall responsibility for the performance of the academy. To do this well you will need to learn quickly, develop strong structures and provide clear strategic direction to the talented staff team. In turn, you will be supported by an experienced Director of Primary Education.    

It is desirable (but not essential) that the candidate for Horninglow Primary has experience leading English and engagement with social media platforms.
